At first glance, the spirit of Metal Slug asserts itself: frenzied action, characterful pixel art, high-tension jungle, compact armored vehicle, approaching helicopter, miniature soldiers and explosions confidently embraced. I built the image like a vintage mission briefing: large weathered typography, warning signs, marks inspired by Japan, code MJ-199X, equipment indicators, 1P to 4P characters… Every detail feeds that immediate sense of reclaiming the energy of a cult game, while shifting it into a more graphic, more decorative, more collectible visual language.

Your piece is shipped rolled and protected in a tube.

Upon receipt, remove it gently and lay it flat for 48 to 72 hours so it naturally returns to its shape before framing.

ISO formats (A3, A2, A1…) are very easy to frame with standard frames available in do-it-yourself or decoration stores.

Personally, I use Leroy Merlin aluminum frames: simple, elegant and economical, they showcase the artworks perfectly.

SKE is a self-taught French artist and all-terrain creator who grew up with the culture of the 80s/90s, inspiring a large majority of his artistic works.

He constantly explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stenciling, graffiti, urban installations and digital art. His dynamic and expressive compositions, often with double reading, merge the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.

After an exceptional year in 2025, SKE’s market value has risen noticeably. Winner of the first prize at the Urban Master contest (2023), then named Revelation of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025).
SKE was selected as "Artist of the Month" by the Opulence gallery in October, and he also benefited from a feature in an American art magazine confirming his international recognition.
