Vova Titov is an Estonian born artist with a degree in interior design from the prestigious Herzen University in St. Petersburg. His paintings, sculptures and drawings are all one of a kind, hand-crafted and have been sold internationally, with some making their way into the homes of Hollywood directors. "Skull" Two large oval "eyes," with a dark pupil and a gray-blue iris, stare out from the canvas like fragments of bone structure, brought together by a cubist grid of lines to resemble a skull or mask. Sharp triangular edges act as brow ridges and cheekbones, while a dense black contour line, more typical of stained-glass graphics, lends the composition an almost X-ray clarity. The work is signed and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
