There were very few T.S.F. offices, only in the last years of the Belgian Congo at a few remote locations.
This stamp probably from 1945-1950

Steel stamp, wooden handle.
Height of stamp with handle 15 cm.
Diameter of print approx 30 mm Ø.
In used and working condition.
Patina appropriate for its age.

The numeral wheels may stick due to dried stamp ink.
