A rare two‑piece vintage Art Deco bottle opener in bronze, dating from circa 1930–1940, featuring a detailed duck/goose head with base marked ANSER dépose PARIS, and measures 8 cm high, 12.5 cm wide and 5.5 cm deep, made in France.

Rare Mid-Century / Art Deco Bottle Opener – "Duck Head" / Goose.
ANSER (Stamped on the base: "ANSER dépose PARIS").
Circa 1930–1950 (Mid-Century / Art Deco period).
Elegant and sturdy collectible bottle opener depicting in detail the head of a duck/goose. Iconic model of French cutlery and bar accessories from the mid-20th century. On the base shows the official engraved and registered mark ("dépose"), guaranteeing the authenticity of the Parisian manufacture of the ANSER brand. A piece simultaneously decorative (can be used as a paperweight) and functional.
Cast metal sculpture (heavy bronze alloy) with original greenish aged patina. Internal mechanism on a silver-toned metal plate fixed with screws.
Good vintage condition overall. Shows natural patina of time with oxidation marks and wear from use and age, giving it an authentic antique character. Opening mechanism firm and original.
