Edited by Prof. Dr. Arthur Krause and published by Verlag Paul Räth G.m.b.H. Leipzig..
It is a licensed East German model and dates from the 1950s.

Cartography: Edited by Prof. Dr. Arthur Krause.

Special feature: On the globe imprint it reads "Mdl. der DDR Nr. 971", which points to manufacture in the German Democratic Republic in the 1950s.

Stand: Solid wood base, probably walnut wood

Condition: age-appropriate signs of wear; but well preserved for its age — see pictures.
