Ionut Hazu — Deconstruction, an original 100 × 70 cm portrait from 2026 in acrylic, oil and mixed media, hand signed and sold with frame, created in Romania and offered directly from the artist.
Description from the seller
-Deconstruction - XL / 100x70cm
Oil,acrylic and marker
"Deconstruction" is a striking contemporary portrait that explores the tension between external composure and internal complexity.
The artwork features a figure in a classic blue suit, rendered with clean, structured lines that represent societal structure and identity. In sharp contrast, the face unfolds into a vivid, heavily textured explosion of impasto technique—blending deep monochrome tones with energetic bursts of pink, yellow, and orange.
The focal point remains the single, hyper-realistic eye staring directly at the viewer, grounding the piece amidst the chaotic, sculptural layers of paint around it. It is a powerful visual reflection on identity, mental noise, and the layers we carry beneath the surface.
A captivating centerpiece for any modern or contemporary art collection. Ships carefully rolled or stretched in secure packaging.
About artist:
Hazu Ionut is a self-taught painter born in Bacau, Romania. From a young age he was attracted to visual arts, but without a mentor to guide him, he took the brush and started painting. He still doesn't have a particular style, that's why in his portfolio we find works of art from portraits to figurative art and static nature. Many of his artworks have appeared in various catalogs dedicated to art lovers.
Appears in publications with interviews such as Mutual art, Pice Gallery, Artit.
