Antique white gold 14k brooch with a natural pearl (4.4 mm) and 14 rose-cut surrounding diamonds (total ~0.20 ct), weight 4.15 g, width 5 cm, female model, Made in Italy, circa 1850–1900, in excellent condition.

Rose-cut diamonds with antique brilliant-cut crowns
Surrounding stones: 4 rose-crowns of about 0.03 ct each for a total of about 0.12 ct, plus 8 rose-crowns of 0.01 ct each for a total of about 0.08 ct.
