I create paintings using acrylic colors and thousands of small pieces of recycled paper: everyday paper becomes art instead of going to waste.

In my latest works I have focused on the theme of women treated as objects (dolls) and too often victims of violence, and these are the latest pieces I have created.

On these little pieces of paper you can read scattered words and phrases here and there.
Often it happens this way when we truly approach another person: sometimes we perceive their secret messages, sometimes not.

The work is sold framed and ready to hang thanks to the hook on the back.

The surface features small reliefs and I like to caress it, to feel it...
I also use acrylic resin on the surface, which gives a glossy effect and protects the colors from sunlight and dust.

This work represents passion and inner strength through the intensive use of color and the impressionist technique. I have combined acrylic painting with elements of collage to create an image that catches the eye, rich in energy and movement. My aim is to convey a sense of freedom and uniqueness, urging the observer to reflect on their own identity and not being defined by others.
This canvas will infuse dynamism and expressiveness, bringing a gust of inspiration and character into any space.

I use DHL/UPS courier: shipping within Europe arrives in 24/48 hours; international shipping arrives in 48/72 hours. Some days of delay may be caused by customs clearance at borders.
Shipping takes about 7 days; about 10 days for non-EU countries.
A tracking number is provided.

Different light sources can confer different colors to the photos.
The dimensions may vary slightly as I personally prepare the wooden frame, stretch the canvas, and mount it on the frame.

Born in 1974 I am self-taught.

After an initial period dedicated to sculpture there was a long break lasting almost twenty years. Since December 2014 I resumed with the “two dimensions” for reasons of time and space, neglecting sculpture and dedicating myself to making acrylic paintings.

I love painting abstract landscapes but recently I have been pushing myself to paint faces of people both imaginary and real.

For me painting is about “freezing time” at that exact moment; my painting is often a faded memory and therefore my works are “worn, eroded by time.” Sometimes the subject of my paintings are glimpses of walls also eroded by time, with moss and mushrooms that over time grow on the surface.
The passage of time is the main theme of my works.

Coming from a wonderful experience with clay manipulation, I love sculpture, the third dimension, the sense of touch, and my paintings are often characterized by reliefs that are easily perceived by touch and to the naked eye.

Recently, after several years during which my works were made from bits of recycled paper forming figures, I am pushing myself to explore Optical Art where I use painted wooden discs arranged in lines and grids with mathematical rigor which, up close, seem to form an abstract colorful painting, but the more you move away the more a portrait emerges from the many painted wooden discs.
Violence against women is a theme that characterizes almost all my works when I reproduce female faces, precisely to give them a voice when they do not have the strength or courage to report that they are not their partner’s dolls and cannot be mistreated or worse, victims of violence.
