Ilmar Kimm (1920-2011)
Emerita artist. Born March 1, 1920 in Leningrad. Graduated from the Repin Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture in Leningrad, named after I.E. Repin (studio of Professor R. Frents). She taught painting at the Estonian Art Institute. For 20 years she was a professor and director of the Institute of Painting. Member of the Union of Artists. Her works are housed in the State Art Museum of Estonia, the Tartu Art Museum, and museums of the Russian Federation.
The proposed work is an oil painting measuring 50 x 65 cm, signed at the bottom right.
