Curiosities about cellars and producer
A Millennial Story: The name "Dievole" first appears in a rental contract dated 1090. It literally means "God wills it", making the estate a historic site with almost a thousand years of viticultural tradition.
Biological Philosophy and Terroir: Dievole is located in the municipality of Castelnuovo Berardenga, in the southern part of the Chianti Classico. The estate has fully converted its vines to organic farming and uses large 41-hectoliter French oak foudres for aging, preserving the pure, varietal expression of Sangiovese.
