This is a Japanese Matcha tea bowl crafted by Koji Kimura (喜村皓司).

The bowl features a warm, elegant biwa-iro (loquat-colored) glaze over a finely crackled surface. Around the foot (kodai), it showcases a magnificent, heavy kairagi (crawling glaze) texture, demonstrating master-level glazing technique and dramatic tactile contrast. The side of the bowl is stamped with the artist’s mark.

The item comes complete with its original signed wooden box (tomobako) and the artist's signature and seal, as well as the artist's cloth (ukon-nuno).
