Elegant vintage rectangular centerpiece in fabric of pure natural white linen with excellent quality.
Embroidered entirely by hand using the Intaglio (Richelieu) stitch technique.
The floral and geometric motifs are defined by cordonnette-edged borders, while the interior areas have been deftly carved and connected by delicate festoon-stitch bars.
In excellent condition.
Measures 35 x 70 cm.

Elegante centro tavola rettangolare vintage in tessuto di naturale puro lino bianco di ottima consistenza .
Ricamato interamente a mano con la tecnica del punto Intaglio ( Richelieu ).
I motivi floreali e geometrici sono definiti da bordi a punto cordoncino, mentre le aree interne sono state abilmente intagliate e collegate da delicate barrette in punto festone.
