On this square format, Medsan stages Gyarados, the sea dragon from Pokémon, trained in the midst of a raging sea. The creature occupies the entire center: jaws open with curved fangs, long whiskers curling downward in swirls, red eye fixed to the left, crest and fins fanned behind the head. Its ringed body, covered in tight scales, winds downward to the bottom of the frame and dives back into the swell.

Around it, the sea rises in blue swells whose crests fray into foam-dusted claws of white. On the right, in the distance, a snow-capped mountain with blue slopes rises above the waves. The whole thing rests on two blues set against a pale off-white background, slightly yellowed. A broad network of gold lines runs from the top to the bottom, accompanied by finer dark fissures. The beast seems to emerge from the notch itself.
