In this square format, Medsan places Kaneda, the hero of Akira, leaning over his red motorcycle in the trough of an immense wave. He is seen from behind, shoulders lowered, both hands clenched on the handlebars, the head tucked into the collar of his red suit; the blue and white capsule marks his shoulder, and the Canon, CITIZEN and the white star stickers run along the fairing. Under the wheels, a long red trail winds through the water and heads toward the bottom of the frame.

The midnight-blue wave widens on the left, its white crest shattered into foam claws. Behind, the snowy Mount Fuji, a large red disc in a cream sky, and to the right a city of dark skyscrapers where AKIRA glows in red, ネオ東京 and TDK in blue. Pink petals cross the whole scene. In the upper left corner the cartouche 金田 and a framed red capsule, in the upper right 赤い稲妻, in the lower left 令和八年 春, and in the lower right the cartouche メドサン.
