In this square format, Medsan shows the Predator in profile, leaning over the human skull he holds with both hands. The mask has fallen: the jaws part around fangs, the clear eye stays fixed on the bone, and the long dreadlocks ringed with bands fall down to the bottom of the frame. His armor and his articulated forearm are covered with black spirals and interlacing, with scales on the torso and thighs. The skull, outlined with a bright red contour and traversed by cracks, occupies the lower left of the scene.

Behind the head opens a large black disc. All around, the background is gold: a bare tree spreads its branches and a few leaves on the left, spirals turn in the corners, and round red and green medallions bear eyes and hunting signs. In the bottom right, the cartouche メドサン in red. A motionless predator, held by what he has defeated.
