This pocket watch is of Swiss manufacture, produced by the renowned watchmaking cooperative Union Horlogère (closely linked to the early history of Alpina). The watch was at the time intended for the German market.
Splendid white porcelain/enamel dial with graceful, hand-painted floral garlands and gold details. Equipped with black Arabic numerals and a recessed small seconds hand.
Made of genuine silver with a fineness of 0.800.
The inside bears the official German Reichsmark (crescent and crown) and the maker's mark 'UH' (Union Horlogère).
