Description from the seller
The name Glashütter Tradition, with its far-reaching history, was revived in 1998 by D. Dornblüth with the registeration “Glashütter Tradition Dornblüth” at the German Patent and Trademark Office. In 2009 the Glashütter Tradition brand was strengthened again through a takeover, with a focus on single- and small-series manufacturing. This approach underscored the brand’s commitment to exclusivity and artisanal quality. Despite the renown and recognition that Glashütter Tradition earned for its high-quality watches, production was eventually discontinued. The cessation of watchmaking marks the end of a significant chapter in the brand’s history, whose influence on watchmaking craft and its traditions, however, continues to endure.
This Aviator Convert model is from the year 2016. (old stock) Convert refers to the bracelet.
