Work linked to the European lyric abstraction currents of the second half of the 20th century, with affinities to informalism and certain strands of abstract expressionism. The gestural execution, the overlay of blotches, and the absence of a clearly defined figurative representation place the painting within a tradition in which color, movement, and matter acquire autonomy. The range of greens, deep blues, blacks, and intense yellows recalls approaches characteristic of European gestural painting, where possible references to landscape are deliberately transformed through subjective interpretation.

The painting is articulated through large color masses, rapid brushstrokes, and gestural traces that create a sense of movement and depth. Although the composition avoids literal representation, certain elements allow for a landscape interpretation: the green expanses can evoke vegetation or terrain, while the blueish zones recall bodies of water or shadowed spaces.

At the bottom there is a schematic structure made with clear lines and blue-green planes, providing a partially recognizable element within the abstract whole. The work combines areas of broad brushwork with more linear and spontaneous strokes, establishing a dialogue between form, gesture, and color.

The work is presented with a narrow wooden frame, of simple design and straight lines. Its natural and discreet finish maintains the prominence of the composition and is in keeping with the contemporary character of the painting.
