Old copper and brass petroleum lamp filler – 19th / early 20th century
Elegant vintage filler intended for supplying petroleum lamps, made mainly of copper with brass elements.

A particularly decorative model mounted on a flared tall plinth. It features a cylindrical reservoir with a removable lid, a side handle, and a long pouring spout allowing precise filling of a lamp's reservoir.
The spout still shows its inner brass conduit, clearly visible in the photographs.

Antique manufacture by assembling and brazing different copper elements. Beautiful patina from use with traces of oxidation and verdigris, especially inside and at the joints.
