Nasa per Omega 1969 is a 20‑photograph set by Omega from 1969, with prints of about 40 × 50 cm, signed, in good condition, produced for selected buyers and limited to 200 copies.
Description from the seller
Printed by Hallwag in Switzerland for Omega in 1969, this unique set comprises 20 photographs of the first Moon landing in 1969 and reproduces the iconic original NASA photos from the Apollo lunar mission.
Intended to be gifted to SELECTED purchasers of the Omega Chronograph Speedmaster (the so-called "Moonwatch") in only 200 copies worldwide, this box set has remained intact and COMPLETE against the ravages of time.
The 20 historical images from the Apollo and Gemini missions are collected in a special packaging ("the moon crater") made of sturdy colored cardboard with a crater motif, together with the presentation sheet featuring a commemorative page and the autograph signatures of the three early Apollo 11 astronauts: Armstrong, Aldrin and Collins.
Further information in infographic; for space reasons not all 20 photos are shown, but all are in equally perfect condition, slight and inevitable yellowing on some edges, yet colors are original because never exposed to direct light, dust or smoke.
Dimensions of the photographic prints are about 40 by 50 cm, with the box height of about 4 cm. Captions below in English.
Released only with this presentation from a box in equally excellent overall condition.
From a private collection; often described as iconic and unobtainable, here we are truly facing a one-of-a-kind piece, unmissable for Omega collectors, astronautical memorabilia and historians.
Careful and appropriate packaging and insured, tracked shipping, of course."
