Stradivari model violin labelled Paul Fischer, made in Germany in 1930, in good physical condition and functionally tested and working.
Description from the seller
Beautiful old Saxon 4/4 violin with a label by Paul Fischer from Berlin. The violin was built in the thirties of the previous century. The violin has a harmless well-repaired crack to the left of the tailpiece and has no influence on the sound at all. The violin also has a beautifully figured back plate. The tone is warm and domineering.
The measurements are:
Total length: 59.9 cm
Mensur (scale length): 33.2 cm
Body length: 36.1 cm
Waist: 11.3 cm
Width at the upper bout: 16.4 cm
Width at the lower bout: 20.6 cm
Violin and bows that are described as 'certified' or 'ascribed' contain images of their certificates and therefore have a higher degree of documented certainty regarding maker, provenance and age than instruments described only as 'labeled' (violins) or 'stamped' (bows), for which we provide no guarantee.
