Tony Cardella
Born: December 19, 1898, Matarieh, near Cairo.
Died: 1976, Saint-Raphaël.
He studied at the Lycée Français du Caire, already taking an interest in architecture and painting.
He later moved to Nice and Paris, where he began to devote himself professionally to painting.
From 1936 he worked extensively in Corsica, which became one of his main subjects.
He also painted Provence, Saint-Tropez, Saint-Raphaël and the French Riviera.
