Description from the seller
The oboe is ebony with a silver mechanism. The three parts bearing the producer’s name, E. Raimondi Firenze, a historic musical instruments brand associated with wind instruments (in particular flutes and clarinets), refer to historic Italian instruments from the late 19th century to the first half of the 20th century.
The oboe has no damage, intact in all its parts.
It is stored in a wooden case covered in leather, with a velvet interior.
It is accompanied by a small box, also wooden and leather, containing various mouthpieces with reeds.
It is likely missing inside the case the vial that held the oil to lubricate the oboe and the small screwdriver to adjust the mechanism.
Inside the case, along the edge on the closing plaque, is engraved "F. Loreé Saint Martin Paris".
The oboe has not been tested by a professional, so some setup may be necessary."
