Atmospheric Tiffany-style table lamp/desk lamp with dragonfly motif and richly detailed base.
A very atmospheric and high-quality finished table lamp in the well-known Tiffany style, executed with the iconic dragonfly motif (Dragonfly).
The shade is composed of countless pieces of handcrafted stained glass in warm green, blue, and cream tones. The dragonflies are beautifully detailed with filigree wings and red and amber inlaid glass cabochons, which when illuminated create a particularly warm and fairy-tale light effect.
What makes this piece special is the extremely detailed base:
The base features a copper/bronze-colored finish with inlaid green glass mosaic that spirals upward.
The heavy round base is richly decorated with relief images of dragonflies and mosaic inlay, perfectly matching the design of the shade.
A stunning focal point that fits excellently in both a classical, Art Nouveau/Jugendstil, and a modern interior.
In very good, working condition (see photos). The glass is intact and the wiring has been checked.
