Discover Château Élisée Pomerol, a red AOP wine from one of Bordeaux’s most prestigious terroirs. Made primarily from 95% Merlot and 5% Cabernet, it expresses the richness and elegance characteristic of the great wines of Pomerol.
Its sandy terroir resting on a ferruginous layer gives the wine finesse, depth, and balance. It pairs perfectly with red meats, game, sauces, aged cheeses, and fine dining.
Blending: 95% Merlot – 5% Cabernet
From the prestigious Bordeaux vineyard
Typical Pomerol terroir (sandy soil with ferruginous subsoil)
Aged and bottled at the château
Alcohol: 13.5% vol.
Tasting notes:
Deep, ruby-reflected robe. On the nose, aromas of ripe dark fruits, plum and cherry, accompanied by subtle spice notes. The palate is round, generous, and balanced, with silky tannins and a long finish.
