An exceptionally rare Prada piece.
Leopard-print pony hair, dark leather interior and the iconic Prada enamel triangle — an unusual combination that feels completely different from the Prada bags you see every day.
This is one of those pieces that almost never comes up for sale. I was able to find only one other example of this exact bag publicly listed: it appeared on The RealReal and has since sold for $2,200.
The bag itself is even better in person. The pony hair has a beautiful natural texture, the leopard print is rich and dimensional, and the shape is minimal in the very Prada way — letting the material and triangle logo do all the talking.
The condition is shown in the photos; there are signs of wear on the material—as is typical for pony hair bags-but this is not immediately noticeable and is virtually imperceptible. There is also a small issue on the underside of the handle near the base of the bag but it is minor and poses no issue.
A genuinely hard-to-find Prada piece for someone who collects rare vintage Prada or simply wants a bag that nobody else is carrying.
