“BISON & HUNTERS”, acrylic on canvas 60 × 60 × 3.5 cm, presents a scene charged with strength and ancestral memory. The bison, monumental and dominant, shares the territory with the stylized human figures that surround it, evoking the eternal relationship between animal, hunter, and landscape. Signs, grafics, and gestural strokes recover the spirit of prehistoric paintings and translate it into a contemporary plastic language. Unique and Original Work.
Each painting is a unique creation, sent directly from my studio. I use high-quality acrylics and oils and innovative mixed techniques, including dripping, waxes, acrylic markers, pens, rollers, brushes, and spatulas. This combination allows me to achieve distinctive strokes and textures that give life to my works.
To facilitate framing, each canvas includes an additional 5-centimeter margin on all sides. The edges are painted with a wrap-around finish, allowing the work to be appreciated in its entirety, both framed with an American-style box and unframed. To ensure durability and protect colors from UV rays, each painting receives a high-quality satin varnish layer.

The images are illustrative and may not represent the exact scale of the work, so it is recommended to carefully review the actual dimensions indicated.
Also, the colors shown on screen may differ slightly from the original tones of the work; in person they always look better.

The paintings are carefully shipped rolled, in secure packaging, to facilitate transport. Each shipment includes an printed certificate of authenticity, signed by me, Onofre Alarcón (O.A.), affirming the exclusivity and originality of the work.

About me:
"I am a self-taught Spanish visual artist, based in Alicante, driven by an unwavering passion for creative freedom and spontaneous expression. My creative process feeds on a relaxed and stimulating environment, where chill-out music accompanies me, allowing me to channel my energy and give my best with every brushstroke. I am especially drawn to the expressionist style, where emotion and subjectivity take center stage. Proximity to the Mediterranean has deeply influenced my work, leading me to capture the beauty and strength of the sea on numerous canvases. Furthermore, cave art is a constant source of inspiration, and its primitive and essential strokes are often reflected in my creations. I consider myself a constantly evolving artist, exploring new techniques and styles, with vast creative potential. Each work is another step in my artistic journey, driving me to reach new goals."
