Aluminium sculpture of a black baseball bat by XTC, titled Batte CARAMBAR Black, edition 6/30, created in France in 2026, with dimensions 71 cm high, 6 cm deep, and 6 cm wide, hand-signed, with COA.
Description from the seller
Black CARAMBAR baseball bat by XTC. with its joke on the back, of course!
Sculpture in aluminum commercially manufactured (baseball bat) and customized, finished by hand by the Artist XTC using acrylic paints and varnishes. The edition number applies to the finish painted by the artist and not to the base object, the bat.
Fully painted with Montana spray paints, Posca markers and varnish.
Only painted, no stickers for a homogeneous result and better longevity over time.
Numbered out of 30 and signed at the end of the bat, Certificate of Authenticity (COA) provided.
(the copy sent is not necessarily the one in the photo but will be similar)
Careful and tracked shipping.
Born in 1978 in central France, XTC has shaped his artistic universe through his interest in Design, Pop Art, and more recently Street Art. This visual exploration turned into a passion that had to be realized.
XTC defines himself as a self-taught visual artist, aligning with the Pop Art movement, through the appropriation of contemporary consumer goods.
His creativity expresses itself through the bold staging of icons of popular consumption, which he makes collide with the world of luxury and Street Art, blurring even more the already tenuous boundaries between these worlds.
He expresses his art through sculpture, mixing painting with all kinds of plastics and sometimes mineral materials.
All possible defects are part of the artwork due to the entirely manual realization.
