Instagram: XTC.Artist
Plastic box completely painted by the artist, vinyl, varnish.
Glass is not provided ;) (unusual object, cannot be used for drinking!)
Numbered on 30 and signed underneath, Certificate of Authenticity (COA) provided.
The edition sent is not necessarily the one in the photo but will be similar and unique!
Careful and tracked shipping.
Born in 1978 in the heart of France, XTC shaped his artistic universe through his interest in Design, Pop Art, and more recently Street Art. This visual exploration became a passion that had to be realized.
XTC defines himself as a self-taught visual artist, aligning with the Pop Art movement, through the subversion of contemporary mass-produced goods.
His creativity expresses itself through bold staging of icons of popular consumption (such as McDonald’s, Malabar, Chupa), which he makes clash with the world of luxury (including Chanel, Hermes, Veuve Clicquot champagne or caviar) and Street Art, further blurring the already tenuous boundaries between these worlds.
He expresses his art through sculpture, blending painting with all kinds of resins, plastics, and sometimes mineral materials.
He draws inspiration, among others, from Banksy, Keith Haring, Orlinski, Andy Warhol, Obey and advertising and addictions in general.
All defects or imperfections are an integral part of the work.
HAND-FINISHED “Sculpture made for commercial purposes, hand-retouched by artist XTC using acrylic paints and vinyl.”
