The nature of the technique I use makes each piece in the series a unique and unrepeatable work. The dimensions may vary slightly.
The work consists of a pyramidal prism, interrupted three-quarters by a hollow portion.
I consider this piece a vindication of the Self against the perils of existence, but also an innate longing upward. Toward a metamorphosis of form into pure energy. Matter that becomes spirit. The hollow portion that interrupts the run of the form toward the summit is characterized as an ensemble of parts that, unused, remain imprinted as empty traces of past experiences.
