Silver belt buckle from the era of Imperial Russia, decorated with polychrome cloisonné enamels. The dense and refined design features scrolling vegetal motifs and floral enamel work in turquoise, blue, green, red and white tones, crafted with twisted cloisonne typical of 19th century Russian goldsmithing.

The two buckle elements are linked by their original chain and the clasp system is complete and functional.

On the reverse: oval punch “84” corresponding to the Russian silver standard (875/1000) used before 1917, accompanied by an unidentified master’s mark.
