AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Original acrylic painting on linen canvas.

A powerful contemporary portrait executed in an expressive, neo-expressionist language. The central figure is rendered in intense cobalt blue, surrounded by energetic black brushwork and vivid fields of red, yellow and blue. The rough, gestural handling of paint gives the work a strong physical presence, while the crown motif introduces an additional symbolic element.

The contrast between the saturated primary colours and the dark, heavily worked areas creates a striking visual tension. The painting combines figurative portraiture with spontaneous, almost raw gestures, resulting in a work that is immediately recognizable from a distance while revealing numerous layers of texture and detail up close.

The work is particularly suited to a contemporary collection or a large-scale residential or commercial interior, where its strong colour and monumental presence can be fully appreciated.

Dimensions: 144 × 146 cm
Original artwork, signed by the artist.
Delivered with a certificate of authenticity.

The painting is sold unstretched and will be shipped safely rolled in a protective tube.
