The composition features a sophisticated and elegant female silhouette captured while tasting a glass of champagne. The sinuous lines of the sumptuous dark dress fully evoke the taste and charm of the Art Nouveau / Liberty style. The artwork masterfully plays with the color contrast between the warm ochre/orange-toned background and the dark, decisive strokes of the figure, highlighting the impactful visual language typical of Cappiello.
