Giuseppe Fortunato is a renowned contemporary artist whose career began early, his first overseas exhibition in 1983 at the age of only 27.
A turning point in his career occurred in the 1980s with the Assempaforismo.
Towards the end of the 1980s, he created the movement IMAGES together with other Abruzzese artists.
In 2013 he founded the Giuseppe Fortunato Foundation, dedicated to archiving and sharing his artistic heritage.
Fortunato's artistic career has been marked by his exploration of deep and non-superficial emotions.
He achieved early success in Italy and expanded his reach to the United Kingdom and throughout Europe and in the USA
