A détournement of a McDonald’s cone, with rolled dollar bills formed into straws.

Original sculpture, designed, crafted and finished by hand by the artist XTC, using polyethylene, resin and acrylic paints and varnishes.
This is not a McDonald’s cardboard cone; everything is created from plastic materials and painted by XTC.
The frame is part of the artwork. It comes with a plastic pane (on which there are two small micro-scratches you can see in the last photo). You can display it with or without.

Signed and numbered on the back, 2/20, COA certificate provided.

Born in 1978, in the heart of France, XTC has shaped his artistic universe through his interest in design, Pop Art, and more recently, Street Art. This visual exploration evolved into a passion that was to be realized.
XTC defines himself as a self-taught artist and sculptor, aligning with Pop Art through the détournement of everyday consumer goods in a contemporary way.
His creativity expresses itself through bold staging of icons of popular consumption (such as McDonald’s, Malabar, Chupa Chups), which he makes collide with the world of luxury (Chanel, Hermès, champagne, Veuve Clicquot, or even caviar) and Street Art, further blurring the already tenuous boundaries between these worlds.
He expresses his art through sculpture, momentum, painting, using all kinds of resins, plastics, and sometimes minerals.
He draws inspiration from Banksy, Keith Haring, Orlinski, Andy Warhol, Obey, advertising, and addictions in general.
All potential defects or imperfections are part of the artwork.
