The cast bars have a classic square cast bar design. Cast gold bars have the advantage over minted bars that the surface is more resistant to scratches. A gold bar produced by casting can certainly be picked up to feel the high specific weight of 99.99% pure gold in the hand, without having to fear damaging the bar or impairing it with fingerprints. Casting bars have, due to production, rounded edges and small solidification lines. This makes every Au bar a unique piece.

On the top side, the small 10g bars bear the Au Recycling Gold logo, on the bottom side the ESG logo with all markings required for investment gold (10g, Gold, 999.9), as well as the Melter Assayer stamp of the LBMA-certified German bar manufacturer.
