The canvas shifts from a pale sage green to a warm, earthy brown, crisscrossed by a dense network of red, orange and gold dots that light up the entire lower part like embers. On this base, flowers rise in deep blue-violet, in dense clusters supported by thin black stems that ascend vertically to the upper edge. The contrast between the saturated blue and the coppery earth gives the composition a mineral richness, while at the top the color thins out and leaves the surface room to breathe. The material is built for minute accumulations, with the larger flowers in relief and the background worked with a spray of small overlapping touches. It is a field captured in late autumn, warm and bright, where blue remains the clear and vibrant note.
