AI-assisted summary

Description from the seller

Vintage pendant 585 gold 14 karat – citrine approx. 8.50 ct – diamonds – 1950s in a box

Description

For sale is a beautiful, elegant vintage pendant made of 585 yellow gold (14 karat), probably from the 1950s.

The piece stands out especially for its large, intensely golden citrine of about 8.50 carats. The stone is meticulously faceted and, depending on the light, shows a particularly beautiful play of colors from warm golden yellow to rich orange-gold tones.

The citrine is surrounded by a fine 585 gold setting. Around the main stone as well as at the pendant bale, there are small diamonds totaling about 0.13 ct, which add extra sparkle to the jewelry piece.

Also particularly beautiful is the side and back detailing of the setting with its decorative, partially pierced elements – a classic jewelry design that fits very well with the suspected production period around the 1950s.

On the back there is the clearly visible 585 gold hallmark.

Details:
• Material: Yellow gold 585 / 14 karat – 58.5% fineness with 27 diamonds
• Main stone: faceted citrine, approx. 8.50 ct
• Color: intense golden yellow / orange-gold
• Diamonds: total approx. 0.13 ct
• Length including bale: approx. 3 cm
• Total weight: approx. 4.5 g
• Production period: approx. 1950s
• Hallmark: 585
• Condition: nicely aged-appropriate condition

Note: One small diamond is missing. This is evident in the photos and has of course been reflected in the description.

A very decorative and convincingly high-quality vintage pendant with an exceptionally large citrine – interesting both as a wearable piece of jewelry and for collectors of older gold jewelry.

The depicted jewelry box “HÖRL AUBSBURG” is included with the offer.

Private sale. The photos are part of the description.
