Item Description:
This is a vintage pair of Pioneer SE-20R dynamic stereo headphones, made in Japan. The model is distinguished by its vivid red closed-back housings, large black over-ear cushions, wide padded headband, and polished metal adjustment arms.

The round ear-cup badge identifies the model as “SE-20R” and is marked “8Ω” and “JAPAN.” Separate left and right adjustment sliders allow the headband position to be adjusted on each side. The attached cable terminates in a 6.3 mm three-pole stereo plug.

The striking combination of red housings, black padding, and silver-coloured metal fittings gives the headphones a distinctive vintage industrial appearance.

The headphones are in good cosmetic condition. The red housings show light surface scratches, rubbing, and small age-related marks. The metal adjustment arms and fittings also show light scratches and signs of age. The black ear cushions and padded headband show light creasing.
