Original and unique work
In Portrait #127 I build a face with a serene presence and a penetrating gaze through geometric color planes and defined black lines. The intense blues meet yellow, coral, garnet, cream, and powder pink, creating a balance between strength, sensitivity, and character.
The fragmentation of the face represents the different facets that form an identity. Each plane functions as an emotion, a memory, or a part of us that can be shown differently depending on the moment. The apparent symmetry is deliberately broken to add movement and a more human expression.
This work belongs to The 1000 Faces, my artistic project of creating a thousand original, numbered, and unique portraits. Through geometry and color I explore the diversity of emotions, personalities, and ways of looking at the world.
The painting is carefully protected and sent rolled in a rigid tube to ensure safe transport.
