Beautiful and highly decorative Italian wall plaque featuring a sculptural relief of the Madonna and Child set against a soft blue background and surrounded by an abundant wreath of fruit, leaves, grapes, and pinecones. The white relief figures stand out dramatically against the vibrant hand-painted garland, creating a striking three-dimensional presentation.

Inspired by the celebrated Renaissance works of the Della Robbia family, this plaque combines devotional imagery with richly detailed natural motifs, including lemons, oranges, grapes, foliage, and pinecones. The colorful fruit border frames the central religious scene beautifully, making it an impressive display piece for both traditional and contemporary interiors.

The reverse bears a handwritten model or pattern number "216" along with "Italy", indicating Italian manufacture. A hanging wire is attached to the back for wall display.

Good vintage condition with light wear consistent with age and display. The plaque retains its original hanging wire on the reverse. Minor surface wear, manufacturing imperfections, and age-related marks may be present.
