Attention before purchase

All of our Murano glass products are vintage, rewired, cleaned and restored where necessary.
Being antique pieces, some elements may show slight chipping, micro-scratches or small imperfections due to time and use.
These marks are normal and do not compromise either the functionality or the overall aesthetics of the object.

Not all imperfections or differences between pieces are visible in photos, as they are often light or nearly imperceptible details.

In some cases, when restoration is more thorough (for example replacement of wooden plaques, non-compliant lamp holders, or discolored rosettes), components will be regenerated or replaced before shipping. For this reason there may be differences compared to the published photos.

The product will be delivered fully refurbished and ready to be mounted by the customer.

Shipping

Each item is carefully cleaned, wrapped in protective film to prevent scratches or dust buildup, and packed with maximum care to prevent damage during transport.

Murano glass products are always shipped inside a sturdy wooden crate, essential to preserve their integrity, but which may affect shipping costs.

Shipping times are generally quick; however, being fragile items that require careful packaging and, in some cases, additional restoration work, preparation can take longer than expected.

Support

After purchase, our team will guide the customer step by step, providing detailed photos of the product and packaging.
The courier tracking code will also be sent to monitor the shipment in real time and ensure a secure and transparent shopping experience.

Important note

The product will be delivered without bulbs and completely disassembled. The wiring will also need to be completed, but all necessary components for assembly will be provided.
It will be the buyer's responsibility to assemble it, preferably through a qualified electrician, or by following our instructions (provided on request).
The instructions will be generic and refer to a similar Murano glass model, but not identical to the one purchased.
