Valuable dinner service for 6 people from the famous Richard Ginori manufactory. COMPLETE. A remarkable 22 pieces of extraordinary workmanship.
The service is in overall excellent condition, with no breaks. Note the craquelure present on some pieces, typical of this strong-bodied porcelain produced by Richard in the 1950s. Two plates have small stains as shown in the last two photographs. All small signs of time that attest to authenticity and history of the service, enhancing its charm and making it an example of the value and excellence of Made in Italy.
Composed of:
- 6 Flat plates
- 6 Deep plates
- 6 Appetizer/Dessert plates
- 1 Soup tureen
- 1 oval tray
- 1 round tray
- 1 gravy boat
The decoration consists of small bouquets of stylized flowers, evenly distributed along the rim of the plates and echoed on the tureen and the serving pieces. A slender double pink border, placed near the edge, completes the decoration and creates a refined contrast with the whiteness of the porcelain.
