Rare large A. J. Wilkinson Royal Staffordshire Pottery jug, England, c. 1910.
Striking Orientalist chinoiserie decoration depicting pagodas, bridge, water, flowers and foliage, enriched with vivid polychrome colours and gilding. The large yellow-ground form makes this an exceptionally decorative early 20th-century piece.
Marked Royal Staffordshire Pottery – Wilkinson Ltd – England, with additional number 7006.
Dimensions: approx. 26 × 26 × 18 cm.
Very good overall condition, with minor age-related wear to the gilding and surface. No major cracks, chips or restorations apparent.
