Original promotional poster produced by Decca Dischi Italia S.p.A. for the Italian promotion of Ray Charles's album Love & Peace, published in 1978.
The poster reproduces the famous album cover, with a striking photographic portrait of the artist, and is completed by the original logos Crossover, London Records and Decca Dischi Italia S.p.A.. In the lower part there is the brand "Estate Insieme – Sorrisi e Canzoni TV", promotional initiative linked to the famous Italian music magazine, which contributed to the distribution of promotional material during the summer period.
The broad white lower band, provided in the original graphic design, was intended for possible customization of local promotional campaigns, a typical feature of numerous record posters of the era.
