Sagrasse (Sandro Grassetti, born 1966) is a Marche-born artist whose life is rooted in craft mastery. For forty years he has worked in the shadows of his workshop in a small comune among the hills of Marche, specializing at the highest levels in resin processing, painting, and chrome plating.

The turning point of his life comes with the COVID-19 pandemic: the forced lockdown and the suspension of time become an emotional catalyst, driving him to unleash the artistic urgency he has always kept inside. What for decades had been “just” an area of technical excellence thus becomes the means to give life to modern pop sculptures, vibrant and ironic. Today Sagrasse has transformed his artisanal know-how into a recognized language of contemporary art, proving that it is never too late to give voice to one’s most authentic talent.
