CH1712 Moonphase pocket watch from ca. 1850–1900 with manual-wind movement and gunmetal case, a diameter over 50 mm and weight 105 g, dial showing Arabic numerals with date, day of the week and month and a moonphase at 6 o’clock; inner back stamped 'Acier Garanti'; Swiss patent no. 1712; condition Fair – notable wear, in working order and shipped insured.

Late 19th-century pocket watch, hand-wound, with a gunmetal-bronze steel case, commonly referred to as gunmetal. The movement bears Swiss patent No. 1712.
The dial features Arabic numerals, ornate hands, and indications of date, day of the week, and month, the latter with abbreviations in German. At 6 o’clock are the small seconds and the moon phase indication. The inner case back bears the inscription 'Acier Garanti'.
The watch shows signs of wear: deterioration around the moon phase indication and oxidation on the case and inside the case back, as documented by the photographs.
