There are those who grew up with Snoopy. And those who spent years watching sneakers the way others collect objects of value. Here, the two obsessions meet.
In Just Be Cool, the famous Peanuts beagle leaves his kennel to adopt the codes of the sneakerhead: black sunglasses, Joe Cool attitude, sneakers on his feet, and a stack of Nike boxes as a true urban trophy. Around him, splashes, rough gestures, flat areas of orange, gray and yellow give the scene the energy of a street-wall, between pop art and street culture.
SKE precisely plays with this gap. The innocence of a childhood icon meets the adult world of sneakers, style, and collecting. The yellow smile in the background almost adds a period signature: a simple wink, immediately legible, which heightens the contrast between nostalgia and contemporary culture. This is not Snoopy transformed into a merchandise souvenir. It is a graphic reinterpretation where collective memory becomes artistic material. You recognize the character in a second, but you rediscover him in a universe that belongs only to SKE.
Just Be Cool speaks to those who collect both references and images: fans of Peanuts, sneakers, pop culture, or street-art detours. A piece that aims not only to decorate a wall but to tell immediately something about the person who chooses to hang it there.

- FRAMING TIPS
Your artwork is shipped rolled and protected in a tube.
Upon receipt, remove it gently and lay it flat for 48 to 72 hours so it naturally regains its shape before framing.
ISO formats (A3, A2, A1…) are very easy to frame with standard frames available in hardware or decor stores.
Personally, I use Leroy Merlin aluminum frames: simple, elegant, and economical; they perfectly showcase the artworks.
- ARTIST BIO:
SKE is a self-taught French artist with a wide range of skills, immersed in the 80s/90s culture that inspires much of his work.
He constantly explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stencilling, graffiti, urban installations, and digital art. His dynamic, expressive compositions, often double-meaning, fuse the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.
After an exceptional 2025, SKE’s market value has risen notably. Winner of the first prize at Urban Master (2023), then chosen as Revelation of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025).
SKE was selected as "Artist of the Month" in October, and he also benefited from a feature in an American art magazine confirming his international recognition.
His works have already been exhibited in major venues in Europe, the United States, and Asia, consolidating his place on the contemporary art scene. At the same time, SKE also dominates the market for digital artworks, a major trend in the last two years, reinforcing the appeal of his creations to collectors.
Icons of popular culture, bold graphics, and texture play define a style that has become essential.
SKE is undoubtedly an artist to follow, to start or enrich a collection with rising value.
Awarded & Recognized Artist – Pop Art & Contemporary Street Art
A UNIVERSE BETWEEN HERITAGE AND MODERNITY
SKE’s work fits into a prestigious lineage. His line shows the visual efficiency of Keith Haring and Andy Warhol, while incorporating the subversiveness of Banksy or the pioneer Blek le Rat. His works bridge eras: they revisit the classics, not hesitating to rework da Vinci’s Mona Lisa, Vermeer’s Girl with a Pearl Earring, Hokusai’s The Great Wave, or the deconstructed forms of Picasso to contrast with a modern urban aesthetic akin to Mr. Brainwash or Kaws.
POP CULTURE & NOSTALGIA
Drawing from the collective imagination, SKE manipulates childhood icons. He stages Disney’s universe with figures like Mickey or Pinocchio, and the symbolic greed of Scrooge McDuck. The influence of gaming, comics, and graphic novels is omnipresent: from the Nintendo universe and the legendary Game Boy, to Pokemon creatures (Pikachu, Charizard, Ash), through Marvel superheroes. SKE crystallizes these memories in the manner of Daniel Arsham or Takashi Murakami.
LUXURY, HYPE & CONSUMER SOCIETY
In a style sometimes reminiscent of Alec Monopoly, the artist plays with success and materialism. The Dollar symbol sits beside luxury and fashion logos. His canvases capture the aesthetics of “Hype”: you encounter the sneaker world (Nike Air Jordan, Adidas, Off-White) and high fashion (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Louboutin). He also integrates automotive adrenaline (Ferrari, Porsche, Bugatti, AMG) and precision watchmaking (Rolex, Tag Heuer), not to mention mass-consumption icons like Coca-Cola. It’s vibrant art, with textures that sometimes evoke the glossy finish of Jeff Koons or the facets of a Richard Orlinski.
This piece is ideal for enriching a collection or bringing a dynamic touch to your space.
