Small jewelry/pill box in genuine alabaster from Volterra, Italy. Genuine alabaster, peach/melon color veined with gray, each piece unique. Hand-carved from a solid block, so the weight shown is 475 g in the photo. Not resin. Hinge and band in gold-toned metal with a small pearl bead. Rectangular shape with a ribbed edge. From the 1960s-1970s approx., in very good condition, no chips, closure works. Original label still affixed to the lid. Ideal as a catch-all tray, a ring box, or vanity/dresser decor. Quick shipping, careful packaging!

Albâtre véritable, couleur pêche / miel veiné de gris, chaque pièce est unique. Taillée à la main dans un bloc massif, donc le poids est de 475g sur la photo. Pas de la résine.
Charnière et cerclage en métal doré avec petit perlé.
Forme rectangulaire à bord côtelé. Années 60-70 environ, en très bon état, pas d'éclat, fermeture ok.
Etiquette d'origine encore collée sur le couvercle.

Idéale en vide-poche, boîte à bagues, ou déco vanity / coiffeuse.
