He was born on 8-4-1954 in Mykolayiv, Ukraine) – Radyansky. Ukrainian painter, head of the Mykolayiv regional organization of the Union of National Artists of Ukraine (1992-1994, 2005-2017), Honored Artist of Ukraine (1993), medal of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, winner of the International Prize named after I. Fire in the Hall of Mystery (2005) and the regional prize named after M. Arkas (2010). From 1969 to 1973 he began studies at the Odessa Art School named after M. Grekov. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1985. In 2001, he graduated from the Mykolaiv branch of the National University of Culture and Arts of Kyiv. From the same period until 2007, he served as director of the restoration and graphics department of the university. Since 2007, collaborator of the Crimea branch of the National Academy of Creative Arts and Architecture. He dedicates himself to portraits, genre paintings and landscapes. He favors works with historical themes, portraits or landscapes. Participant in regional, republican and international exhibitions since 1973. His works can be found in Ukrainian art museums, in the Shanghai Cultural Center Museum (China), in private collections in the United States, Argentina, France, Russia, Finland and Ukraine.
